Noodles on wheels

Daddy celebrated his big 33 and mommy surprised him with a go-kart racing party! Everyone was psyched to race including me! Unfortunately they don't make karts for noodles so I brought my own speed racer. Watch out everyone! Speed demon X will zip past you without you even knowing it ;-)

Bathtime with duckies

I looooooove taking baths. I guess it's because I'm a natural water baby! Swimming runs in my genes. Because I'm getting bigger, I graduated from my little tiny bathtub to this HUGE big boy bathtub! Can you see my little duckies? Daddy got them for me because they are really cool. They're ninja ducks, one with a nun-chuck, one with a sword and one with shiny sharp stars. But I wonder why their faces are in the water? Maybe there is something under the bubbles that is interesting? Daddy was not happy about their face diving skills... I guess he doesn't want me to get ideas. Hmmmmm....

Obsessed with time

I'm barely 8 months old and I'm already crawling! How did I do it? Mommy placed my most favorite thing in their bedroom in front of me - daddy's alarm clock! When I saw it on the pillow I just knew I had to have it! I am obsessed with time (definitely not my Filipino half!). I think it's because there are numbers on it. Maybe I will become a mathematician like Grammy!

Mmmmmwah!

My daddy and I spend a lot of our time on my play mat. Because he plays with me a lot, I thank him by giving him lots of kisses. He seems to be enjoying it as much as I do :P

Happy Birthday Lola Nel!

It's my Lola Nel's birthday today. I heard she just turned 17 :) She's still very strong because she can carry me for a long time especially when I am cranky. It's fun having her as my playmate. I spend most of my waking hours with her. She teaches me how to speak Tagalog and tricks like "align" and "point". We also have date night every night where she wakes up and makes my milk when I cry and I just chug it :P Thanks to Lola Nel, I am strong and healthy. I love you Lola!

Starting the year with a bang ;-)

Mommy and daddy wanted to have some seafood so we went to the place where you can get fresh seafood nearby... Santa Cruz wharf. It was freezing today so I had to wear my jacket and I had to be coccooned in my car seat. Mommy didn't seem to mind. She's finally used to the cold winter weather. Where she came from, there were only 2 seasons: hot-as-hell-summer and holy-crap-it's-flooding-again-stormy season :)

After their fishy meal, we went to the arcade where I got to play with bang bangs! It was so much fun! I liked it when the whole place lights up when I shoot. Although I don't think I'll ever be doing this for real, it sure was a fun bonding moment with daddy :)

Wow, 2009 went by so fast. I feel like I just came out of mommy's tummy and now here I am already partying with my crib pals for New Year's Eve! 2009 was an awesome year... I can't wait to see what's in store for me this year!
